The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., on Wednesday, 08th October, 2025 had approved the appointment of Mr. Rajendra Naniwadekar (DIN: 00032107), Managing Director of the Company, as Managing Director (Key Managerial Personnel) in another Listed Public Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per the Listing Regulations.
