This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, has been approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 and noted the Limited Review Certificate dt. 12.11.2025 issued by M/s. K.Gopal Rao & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, Statutory Auditors of the Company. Other than the above, there has been no decision at the Board Meeting.
