In accordance with Regulation 30 (5) of SEBI LODR 2015, we write to you that the Board of Directors of the Company in theor meeting held today, 10th November, 2025 has granted fresh authorization to the following Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for the purpose of determining of materiality of an event or information and for making disclsoures of the material event or information to the stock exchange.
