The Company has acquired 3,40,000 equity shares of Ashoka Concessions Limited, a subsidiary from Investors to make it wholly owned subsidiary. the comapny and Viva Highways Ltd., a subsidiary has also acquired balance CCDs from Investors to give them full exit from Ashoka Concessions Ltd.
