This is to inform you that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is being closed for all Directors, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from 1st January, 2026 and would reopen after expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
