Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, January 01, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
