Pursuant to provision under the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours from declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025 the trading window shall be closed and the promoters and designated persons of the Company shall not deal with any transaction of buy or sell of shares of the Company.
