Heavy Electrical Equipment company Voltamp Transformers announced Q2FY26 results Net Sales and Services Income stood at Rs 482.56 crore, reflecting a 21% YoY increase from Rs 397.74 crore. Other Income declined sharply by 54% YoY to Rs 14.77 crore, compared to Rs 32.05 crore in Q2 FY2024–25. Total Income grew by 16% YoY to Rs 497.33 crore, up from Rs 429.79 crore in the same quarter last year. Net Profit before Tax (PBT) increased slightly by 1% YoY to Rs 104.19 crore, compared to Rs 103.52 crore in Q2 FY2024–25. Investment Income fell significantly by 54% YoY to Rs 14.19 crore, from Rs 30.99 crore a year earlier. Operating Profit rose by 24% YoY to Rs 90.00 crore, compared to Rs 72.53 crore in Q2 FY2024–25.
