Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are pleased to submit that the Company has received listing and trading approval from NSE for listing of equity shares vide letter dated 20th November, 2025. Accordingly, w.e.f 24th November, 2025, the equity shares of the Company will also be listed on the National stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE").
