The Board allotted 2,58,000 Equity shares at an allotment price of Rs. 78/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 68 and Face Value of Rs. 10/-) pursuant to conversion of equivalent warrants allotted in May 2024 by passing a Circular Resolution today i.e., on Friday, November 28, 2025.
